This study is for individuals that live in same household as someone who is infected with COVID-19 to prevent infection. In addition, the study is single injection of monoclonal antibody (2 doses) vs Placebo as investigation treatment.

Summary Inclusions for the study are:

• Age 18 years and over
• Asymptomatic household contact to an individual with COVID-19 who was diagnosed in the past 96 hours (4 days)
• Willing and able to comply with study visits and study-related procedures/assessments
• Able to consent

Summary Exclusions for the study are:

• Prior positive COVID-19 test
• Active respiratory or non-respiratory symptoms consistent with COVID-19
• No current hospitalization or recently hospitalized (within 30 days)
• Pregnant/breastfeeding
